We want you to love your Lunara projector. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of the product price within 90 days of the delivery date.
How to request a return
- Email us at lunaralight@use.startmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back with all the slides and parts that came in your order.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process returns sent to the wrong address.
Return shipping
If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the cost of the return or send a replacement at no charge. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo so we can make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Order changes and cancellations
You can cancel or change your order by emailing us before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
