Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

After processing, delivery takes 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5 to 11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, severe weather or carrier delays.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after you receive it.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, email us at lunaralight@use.startmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund if the package is confirmed lost.
